All our Rustic Oak Products are internally fastened and hoops are hydraulically pinned into position then painted black. This safeguards against slippage.

We advise that all our Rustic Oak Products should be kept moist/wet to prevent natural shrinkage until they are filled. Due to the nature of Oak, we do not individually box each product; items are delivered palletised, banded and wrapped for secure transit. We recommend that the shrink-wrapping be removed as soon as possible to avoid condensation build up.

Water Features come supplied with Cast Iron Pump, Electric Pump and appropriate rigid PVC liners included. Minimal assembly is required for each and instructions are provided.
